Will is a graduate of the U.C.Berkeley and Georgetown Law.  Will has over 15 years of experience in legislation, public affairs, public regulation and civil litigation.  Will started his legal career overseeing legislative efforts in seven states for a Fortune 50 company, and then the company’s regulatory affairs in New Mexico.  In private practice, Will has been part of a team responsible for commercial contract enforcement in 50 states; defended a $25 million+ federal arbitration involving corporate and officer liability spanning nine years and five proceedings; successfully defended employment claims against corporations and prosecuted claims against corporations for individuals; engaged in substantial commercial litigation and commercial collections; advised, litigated and  resolved numerous corporate and personal legal matters for individuals and corporations, including  before the Colorado Public Utilities Commission; and, acted as counsel for the passage and litigation of Colorado’s landmark Clean Air Clean Jobs Act to retire aging coal plants and reduce toxic air emissions in Colorado.
